WEB DESIGN
PROBLEM:
The CSEA website was outdated, having gone over 10 years without significant updates. It lacked a user-friendly interface and did not effectively serve the needs of our membership. The site required a fresh, modern design while maintaining alignment with our established brand standards.

MY ROLE/CONTRIBUTION:
As the Lead Designer for the web build project, I participated in every phase of the process, from initial brainstorming and concept development to final execution. Collaborating with external web builders and internal web technicians, I guided the creative direction to ensure the look and feel aligned with our brand identity. I developed mockups of page designs, provided input on design functionality, and worked closely with the back-end team to maintain a cohesive vision. Additionally, I supplied graphic assets, including photos, icons, and logos, to support the technical implementation and overall user experience.

POST-BUILD DESIGN CONTRIBUTIONS:
After the website launch, I continue to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the design. I handle front-end updates, including refreshing images and creating graphics for new content across all pages. I update publications in the document search as new versions are released. Additionally, I provide ongoing guidance to web technicians to ensure all updates and additions remain consistent with our branding standards.
